WordQuest English Terms & Conditions
These terms set expectations for using WordQuest English as an independent language-practice tool.
2. What WordQuest English does
WordQuest English provides offline English practice through context questions, explanations, examples, listening activities, sentence exercises, progress tracking, and spaced mistake review.
3. Educational purpose
WordQuest English is a supplemental practice tool. It does not replace a qualified teacher, school curriculum, examination guidance, translation service, or professional language assessment.
4. No guaranteed outcome
Use of the app does not guarantee fluency, examination results, employment outcomes, grades, or improvement within a particular period. Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside the app.
5. Content corrections
Language content may contain an error, ambiguity, regional variation, or wording that can be improved. Users should report questionable items through the support page so they can be reviewed and corrected.
6. Text-to-Speech
Spoken audio depends on the Android Text-to-Speech engine installed and selected on the device. Voice quality, pronunciation, language support, speed, and availability can vary by device and provider.
7. Local data and device risk
Learning progress and settings are stored locally. Data can be lost if the app is reset or uninstalled, app storage is cleared, or the device is lost, damaged, reset, or compromised.
8. Acceptable use
Users must use WordQuest English lawfully and must not misuse the app, its content, support channel, or copied reports in a way that violates rights, laws, or platform policies.
9. Availability and changes
The app and its content may be corrected, improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features can vary by Android version, device capability, Text-to-Speech engine, and store availability.
10. Disclaimers
WordQuest English is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, and specific learning outcomes are disclaimed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for lost local progress, device issues, missed learning goals, examination or employment outcomes, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
