Include the tool name, inputs, selected units, expected result, and actual result. For engineering work, include the datasheet or standard you are comparing against when relevant.

Before reporting a scan issue

Include the Android device model, Android version, scan mode, and whether the issue is camera permission, preview, OCR, barcode recognition, or saved scan text.
